About Me
My own experiences have shown me how difficult it can be to remain grounded in the present moment. Like many people, I have found my mind pulled toward the past or into planning and anticipating the future.
Through yoga, I learned the value of returning to the present. The practices of breath and mindful movement helped me reconnect with my body and approach it with greater acceptance. That experience continues to shape how I work with others today.
In yoga therapy, I meet clients where they are. Together we explore movement, breath, and awareness practices that support physical strength and mobility, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation. My goal is to help each person develop tools that allow them to move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and connection to themselves.

My work often focuses on building strength and balance, supporting nervous system regulation, and helping people develop a more compassionate and confident relationship with their bodies.
